Skin Brightness Evaluation

This test evaluates the efficacy of cosmetic products in achieving a brighter and improved skin tone. The evaluation can be done using various methods, including Chromametry using the Chromameter ‘CR-400’, Image Analysis using Visioface Instrument under cross-polarized light, and Mexametry using the instrument Mexameter® MX 18.
Image Analysis is carried out on a normal, clear skin to assess any changes in skin tone and brightness.

Chromametry is used to evaluate changes in skin color, specifically in the brightness and luminosity of the skin.

Mexametry is used to determine the effect of the test product on the melanin content of the skin.

By combining these different methods, the Skin Brightening test can provide comprehensive and reliable results to assess the efficacy of cosmetic products in achieving a brighter & more even complexion.
